These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the My Synergy Stack website and web application (“the Service”, “the App”, “the Platform”), operated by Khimaira Studios ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the Company”).
By accessing, browsing, or using the Service in any way — including registering an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or using any features of the App — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or by prominent notice on the website at least 14 days before they take effect.
My Synergy Stack is an AI-assisted supplement synergy analysis tool that helps users identify beneficial supplement combinations, potential conflicts, dosage guidance, timing recommendations, macro targets, and personalised diet plans. The Service is provided in three tiers:
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from any tier at any time. Material changes to paid tier features will be communicated to subscribers at least 14 days in advance.
THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT SECTION OF THESE TERMS. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.
The Service does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All supplement information, synergy analysis, conflict detection, dosage guidance, macro targets, diet plans, timing recommendations, and any other content provided through the Service are for general informational and educational purposes only.
Use of the Service does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, dietitian-client, pharmacist-patient, or any other professional healthcare relationship between you and Khimaira Studios ltd, its directors, employees, contractors, or affiliates.
You must consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or modifying any supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; under the age of 18; have any medical condition or chronic illness; take any prescription or over-the-counter medication; take blood thinners or anticoagulants; have a heart condition or high blood pressure; have kidney disease or concerns; have diabetes or take blood sugar medication; have an autoimmune condition; take thyroid medication; take SSRIs, antidepressants, or any psychiatric medication; have a history of eating disorders; or are scheduled for surgery.
The supplement data, synergy rules, conflict rules, and recommendations in this Service were developed using AI-assisted research and analysis. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. The scientific understanding of supplement interactions is continuously evolving and new research may contradict information provided by the Service.
The safety and preference filters in the Service are designed to exclude commonly known problematic supplements. These filters are NOT exhaustive and do NOT replace professional medical guidance. There may be supplements, interactions, or contraindications not covered by our filters.
Diet plans, macro targets, calorie ranges, and meal templates are general guidance based on common nutritional principles for stated goals. They are not personalised to your individual body weight, age, sex, activity level, metabolic rate, medical conditions, or medications. Do not make significant dietary changes without consulting a registered dietitian or your doctor.
Dosage ranges provided are general recommendations based on commonly cited research. Individual needs vary significantly. Some supplements may interact with medications or conditions at any dose. The absence of a warning does not mean a supplement is safe for you.
By using this Service, you acknowledge and accept that you are solely responsible for your health decisions. You assume all risks associated with the use of any information obtained through the Service. Neither Khimaira Studios ltd nor any of its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, contractors, or affiliates shall be liable for any adverse effects, injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of any information provided by the Service. This protection extends to all current and former directors of Khimaira Studios ltd in their personal capacity.
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your information to keep it accurate.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe to a paid plan. If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you may only use the Free tier with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Each person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free tier limitations or promotional offers is prohibited and may result in termination of all accounts.
Paid access is available through monthly subscription plans: Pro at £4.90 per month and Elite at £9.90 per month.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the same date each month as your initial subscription date. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Khimaira Studios ltd does not store your full credit card details. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within 3–5 days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be downgraded to the Free tier with email notification.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@khimairastudios.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date.
As a digital subscription service, we generally do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods. We may consider refund requests where you were charged in error; you experienced a significant, documented service outage; or you cancel within 48 hours of your first-ever subscription and have not substantially used the paid features.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital content subscription within 14 days of purchase. However, by using the Service immediately upon subscribing, you acknowledge that you request immediate access to digital content and consent to losing your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully provided during the 14-day period.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@khimairastudios.com. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Any active subscription will be cancelled and no refund will be issued for the remaining billing period.
All content, code, design, branding, supplement databases, synergy rules, conflict rules, diet templates, algorithms, and other materials comprising the Service are the intellectual property of Khimaira Studios ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; scrape or use automated tools to extract data; use the Service to create a competing product; remove any copyright or trademark notices; resell or sublicence access; or share your account credentials with others.
“My Synergy Stack”, the My Synergy Stack logo, and “Khimaira Studios” are trademarks of Khimaira Studios ltd. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
The Service contains affiliate links to third-party retailers including iHerb and Amazon. When you click these links and make a purchase, Khimaira Studios ltd may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Our supplement analysis, synergy data, and recommendations are generated independently and are never influenced by affiliate relationships. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or efficacy of any third-party products. Any disputes regarding products must be resolved directly with the retailer.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect account information (name, email), payment information (processed by Stripe), usage data, and affiliate click data. If you are located in the UK or EEA, you have rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. The Service uses essential cookies for authentication and analytics cookies via Google Analytics GA4. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, deleting personal data within 30 days of account deletion except where required by law.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party rights; provide false registration information; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Service; distribute malware or spam; scrape or harvest data using automated means; circumvent security features; or use the Service to provide professional health advice to others without appropriate qualifications. Violation may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or currentness of any supplement information, synergy rules, conflict rules, dosage guidance, diet plans, or any other content provided through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Khimaira Studios ltd, its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data; personal injury or adverse health effects arising from use of the Service; or any damages arising from your reliance on the Service for health or medical decisions. This exclusion of liability extends to all current and former directors of Khimaira Studios ltd in their personal and official capacities.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us in subscription fees during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For Free tier users, our maximum liability is £10.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, no director, officer, or shareholder of Khimaira Studios ltd shall have any personal liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including any health decisions made based on information provided by the Service. All liability is limited to the Company entity itself, subject to the caps set out in clause 12.4.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Khimaira Studios ltd, its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use or misuse of the Service; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; any health decisions you make based on information from the Service; any claim by a third party related to your use of the Service; or your provision of inaccurate safety or health information when using the Service’s safety filters.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms; engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct; or we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Clauses 4, 8, 12, 13, and 16 shall survive termination.
We aim to provide the Service 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including supplements, rules, dosage information, and tier features. If we permanently discontinue the Service, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice and issue prorated refunds for unused prepaid subscription periods.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@khimairastudios.com and attempt informal resolution within 30 days. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK consumer protection legislation.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Khimaira Studios ltd regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed. Remaining provisions continue in full force.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions, power failures, or internet disruptions.
Notices: We may send notices via the email address associated with your account. Notices to us should be sent to support@khimairastudios.com and are deemed received 24 hours after sending.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms do not confer any rights on any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
Relationship of Parties: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and Khimaira Studios ltd.
